Almost three years ago I called Dee Dee Jordan at the AgSouth branch in Batesurg-Lewisville asking a million questions concerning our plans to build our forever home. At the time my husband and I were not ready to move forward, still she treated us with the same care, respect and attention she would had we already begun. It took two years from that date for our home to be completed. The entire time Dee Dee and all the staff at the branch were absolutely amazing! For anyone looking at home construction, there is no better place that this!!!

We had a great experience with Ag South. Deedee is fantastic! She was easily accessible and helped us through every step of the construction loan process. I don't think we could have done it without her. Even during construction she is still there for us if we have any questions. Wish I could give more than 5 stars.

AgSouth in Batesburg is the best branch there is. From the first conversation to the last, they were there for me in my L2C loan in every way possible. They are very down to earth and help you with every question you can imagine. They made the entire process as stress free as possible and are willing to go the extra mile to help you accomplish your dream of buying your home/land. If you are seeking a financial institution for a home construction loan AgSouth is definitely the the place to be. They had one of the smoothest processes I have ever dealt with. The C2P program they have is hands down the best. They worked with my general contractor and myself with great professionalism. The level of experience and expertise far exceeded my expectations. They were so prompt when responding to emails and getting the draw checks to my contractor in a timely manner so we could move along in the construction of my home.
