Loan sharks. Received a 'check' for about $1100 @ 59.99% APR from this bank wanting to 'establish a relationship'. This is disgusting. Stop sending me such junk

Just in case you don't have enough to worry about when it comes to the security of your finances, 1st Heritage will gladly send you a check in the mail, with all of your information on it, ready for you (or someone who gets to your mailbox first, illegally) to simply sign and be in debt to them! By the time they charge you interest, you'll actually owe them almost as much as you borrowed from them! How nice, right?! If you have that pesky family member that likes to take loans out in your name and ruin your credit, these guys are the ones that help make that family member's life totally awesome! At the expense of yours of course... I have no idea how it is legal for them to send loans in the form of checks that need a mere signature to ruin your life, but I hope eventually, that they are held above and beyond responsible for any harm something like this causes to someone. If this HAS happened to you, I'd love to help you with some legal options to retaliate against a terrible, and irresponsible company, such as this one. Evil only prevails for so long.
