Amanda Smith is an amazing person to work with! She will go above and beyond for her customers! Lendmark is a great place for any of your financial needs. They do debt consolidation and they work with you! My wife and I are very satisfied customers and recommend them to anyone!!

Wish I could I would give less than a one star review. Ken calls every single day but will also reach out to other branches to call you if you get a loan thru them. Ken also will call family members informing them that you have debt with the company and ask how to get in contact with you which crosses many boundaries legally. Not only did I pay Lendmark 900 after loosing my job to Covid in March to be caught up on my loan for the month of April but they will not even work with you if you try to negotiate lower payments, I even received an attorney letter one time and was threatened by ken the beginning of this year if that tells you how awful he is as a manager and representation of this company, but currently I receive calls from multiple branches from Andrew in west Columbia at the same time Ken from Lexington calls within minutes of each other stating Joe the VP also needs to speak with me regarding a payment for one month… I believe this is a form of harassment. do not ever get a loan with Lendmark.. please call consumer affairs and get info on a complaint because Lendmark has 20 listed on the website to help educate yourself on who to go thru.

Ken......He is rude and unprofessional. I have been sick with Covid and trying to get caught up from it. It’s very hard being a single parent and with the holidays coming around. I was late for a payment and had to talk with Ken. Ken made me feel like I had borrowed money from him. He went on to tell me how he had been sick and his bills still went on. This was very unprofessional bc everyone has different circumstances in life. I only have one star bc I had too. Terrible company. I would sell my soul right now to pay this off to avoid speaking to him.

Wow. Ken from Lexington's lendmark office is rude and unprofessional. If you want to be harassed and made to feel guilty if you are 3 days late then borrow money from this company. It will not come without intense verbal harassment and nonstop calls to your references (ie friends and family). I have never been treated so poorly or spoken down to so much from any other company I have ever done business with. It is absurd and ridiculous how bad Ken's phone etique is. I am highly dissatisfied with my treatment from this company. Don't do business with them if you can help it. I would rather borrow money from the mob. I think they would be nicer about repayment then Lendmark has been to me.

Very good customer service. Fast friendly, gets u in and out. Very welcoming/family environment. Amanda and Ken gave a very warming environment.

This company has harassed me non-stop for debts that have nothing to do with me. I will be reporting them to the FTC, Better Business Bureau, & the courthouse. I encourage everyone who has dealt with them to do the same. I will also be filing a lawsuit as contacting a family member more than one time is illegal & I can afford to do it to them. Stay away from this place hopefully it gets shutdown soon.
