I usually deal with Jennifer, shes great, but she hasn't been in as of late. Asked Dominic about her, he was rude and ignored me when I asked him where she was. I asked 3x and all he could do was speak over me. . I've called for months no one will tell me. We build relationships with people, when their missing no one is nice enough to tell you anything. Not cool

I was all set to pay off orignal loan when decided to take family on a vacation. Contacted my branch and he was so helpful. Within a couple of hours everything was completed via email. Sign, sealed and delivered by 6 am the next day. I have never gotten a loan this easy. Of course I had never missed a payment nor been late with the orignal loan in 4 years, he said this was what made it so easy.

Extreme high interest predatory lending. I don't care how desperate you are, please be diligent and find another company . This company charges all the interest up front - and you will wind up paying back twice what you borrowed. So if you borrow 5k - plan on paying back close to 10k. Dodge this bullet. Consumers beware, this company is the definition of predatory lending.

My experience was good at this place I got the money I needed

In a electronic information world its ridiculous that someone has to call the office during business hours to get a payoff amount.

Very fast and friendly service. I had a huge vet bill and needed some extra cash and they had my application processed and direct deposited my funds in less than 2 hours.
