Regional Finance, Lexington, SC

I'd like to shout a kudos to Catherine at the Lexington, South Carolina branch. I have had several loans with Regional Finance for several years and have had several managers manage my accounts. Some of these managers were somewhat helpful but none gave the service that Catherine has. She really cares for customers. This caring shows by the way she discusses the qualifications with such professional and kind way. I am very proud to say that I feel as if she is more than a manager but more like a friend. There have times that I give been late but she does not harness she simply asks why and if there is anything that she do to help catch the loan payment up. I really feel very comfortable about Working with this company and especially with Catherine.

I needed a loan to take care of a car repair. I had to wait to get off work to go sign everything, so it was near closing. There were several additions to my loan that I would have never taken had it been discussed ahead of time. When I mentioned this to the person I was working with, she just said that they would have to redo the entire contract, it was late, the lady who did that was busy, and so on. My income sources are guaranteed. I have insurance to cover personal property. I sure as hell did not want a $200 auto plus added. I am sure the young lady received a bonus for that, but I very much resent this being added without my knowledge. I was in a position that I could not wait until Monday to take care of the car, so I was over the proverbial barrel. I do not trust this company to be forthright with me. I will pay this off as quickly as possible and will never use this business again and would never recommend it. I don’t appreciate this underhanded way of doing business.

Catherine Nix was nice and polite and help me a lot to get the 20% off my loan. I got my payment lower. The staff was very nice and kind.

I have taken a loan with this branch multiple times. I have never had a problem they've always worked with me the manager especially has not only explained how some of the loans work to me but when I wasn't able to pay my payment that month on time. She worked with me to get extensions to help me countless times. I miss being able to come in there to pay my loan because of the conversation and friendliness that I experienced. If any of the staff was let go I would not want to work with this company anymore.

Catherine Nix I think was her name but she was the manager sitting in the back . I swear she made me laugh that day omg so funny ! I just love her ! Great experience!

I’ve been doing business with this branch for a few years. The staff are very nice and helpful. I called on a Friday and by the afternoon everything was handled.
