Who runs this operation? Clowns? Give me my check! I cancelled my gap insurance and called and emailed several times. The receptionist, Joanne obviously isn't good atreaching out to Ashley. This Ashley, who is apparently the only one in charge of checks, yet works ONE day a week?

Total Rip off do not go through this company!!!I I REPEAT! DO NOT GO THROUGH THIS COMPANY!!! You will forced to pay unreasonably high premiums. I'm currently paying 430 a month for just my car payment and my insurance at $330 a month both together totalling $760 DOLLARS!! that's almost 800 a month and to top it off by the end of my term. I WILL HAVE PAYED 20,000 FOR CAR THAT NOT EVEN WORTH 10,OOO. SERIOUSLY DO NOT GO THROUGH THIS COMPANY, learn from my mistake.

These people are the worst! They lied about not disabling my vehicle.. they told me they don’t disable vehicles. Payment was even late! If you have 10days after the due date why disable the vehicle.. & you still have time after the last actually day with late fee! I can if month was out and payment has not been made! Never again will I deal with these people.
