Bad they will call you tell you a payment is coming up and tell them to wait. Don't take it and they take 2 payment's out. When you renew loan deposit the check the next day they call and want it back. But I'm telling them they took 2 payment and it showed on my statement. But they call you and said my manager said need the money back..Really Bad customer service Don't Go there and get money from them . Fact

DO NOT GO WORK FOR THIS COMPANY.....UNORGANIZED....DONT CARE ABOUT EMPLOYEES...NO BONUSES...ALSO UPPER MGMT HAS NO CLUE.... .AWFUL PLACE TO WORK...DO NOT DO IT....ALSO NO TIME OFF...OVER WORKED...UNDER PAID !!!!

Got a “check” in the mail for $1K. It was advertised as a real check. On the paper it said to call to get code and come in IF you want the money faster. I called to get the code then was told I needed to bring ID, check stub, and bank statements. Then I reply “Well that’s confusing since it says to call and says it’s a real check” QUIET FOR 30 SECONDS THEN HUNGS UP. Why would I waste my time with people who can’t even say “goodbye” or “Do you have anymore questions?” Sending me a “check” for what?!Bad customer service is ALWAYS a RED FLAG.
