My husband and I wanted to use his VA loan and buy a house. We were pre- approved through veterans united, or so we thought. It turns out they were just trying to get our business in case we were able to be approved. So several different companies said our income to debt ratio was too high and we couldn’t be approved. Then we were told to contact Kevin Branch our angel 😇. I told him our situation and he was so understanding and compassionate. At first all of the documentation we had to get to him was so overwhelming. I didn’t think there was light at the end of the tunnel.
