Was in a pinch , never thought to do a secured loan before. Virginia at the Mount Pleasant location was awesome. She is extremely nice, patient, professional, informative and qualified. Tho I'm not happy that I needed to take a loan, it was refreshing to to be in the presence of a person that actually knows what they're doing. That doesn't seem to be very common these days.
