Over the years I've always done business with One Main Finance. New management was brought to Marion, SC and with it a new heighten sense of arrogance plus entitlement. The lack of knowledge how their system operates will leave you flabbergasted. I truly hope OMF does management training so their people will know how to talk to clients/potential clients. I can't imagine the amount of business the company is losing based off the management that operates on entitlement rather than professional courtesy that's needed. Others plus myself are saddened how much grace the Marion, SC branch has fell from and will be taking our business elsewhere.
