This is a great place to come for all your loan needs. The staff are always helpful and knowledgeable. Nikki is always there to answer any of our questions and is always smiling and helpful. The manager Michelle is very nice and always has time to talk with us and Alexis is always helpful and smiling as well. We love bringing our business to this office. They greet us when we walk in by name every time!! 1st Franklin is the place to go.

BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE! As most know, asking for financial assistance can be somewhat of a humiliating situation, as we never like to ask for financial help. Nikki , however, not only made what I thought would be a long drawn out uncomfortable experience, very easy and most enjoyable! Nikki was very personable and showed us that she was there for us~ not just to make a buck! There are so many loan assistance companies out there, but they do not always have that "TRUE CUSTOMER SERVICE" experience like 1st Franklin in Myrtle Beach has. Nikki is an asset to that company and I recommend anyone needing loan assistance to contact Nikki L!

I visited this location earlier this month to apply for a personal loan to help me mitigate moving costs as I relocated for job training and I was met with the most appalling lack of customer service I’ve ever experienced. While I was in the process of working through the employment section with the staff member I initially encountered, the branch manager, Lindsey, took it upon herself to make a character judgment about my job status while carrying on a personal conversation about it with the staff member I was working with in plain sight of my direct line of vision using their work messaging app. I couldn’t believe that they really lacked that much discretion with client information, not to mention their lack of simple respect toward their customers. When I directly asked them about it, I was not met with an apology but condescension. Not approving my loan would’ve sufficed, but disrespecting my intelligence was another thing entirely. I would strongly advise against using 1st Franklin Financial for any financial needs if you expect to be treated with dignity—especially as a younger borrower.
