If I could give 0 stars I would. I have the same problem with Travis as everyone else does but I've worked with him in the past. What you see from him here at American Acceptance is who he is. He is just nasty across the board. He has the demeanor to talk down on whoever he may think is the less fortunate. If you can avoid him do so at all costs. I purchased my vehicle in 2015 and I will be paying it off next month. I've only been late one time in 30 days, 2 yrs ago and he still harass me during my grace period or before my due date. He's just a very nasty individual.

I had a really great, and easy experience with American Acceptance. They got me exactly what I needed in a timely manner, and had me on my way. I had the pleasure of working with Jon and Travis. Both gave exceptional customer service. I would recommend American Acceptance to anyone looking for financing!

Paid off my car after 5 year note. Had a good experience till I paid off my car and a month later have not received my title. Grace is a liar, Heather is a liar as well. They state that they sent it but I haven't received it still. The things that Grace says are not professional either. She said she should smack my husband over a $7 mistake they made. Never recommend doing business with them. Maybe that's why there Madison TN location closed.

Would give negative Stars if possible! I've had 2 accounts with them over past 7 years, payed EVERY payment on time, & they Still ripped me if when I payed off my account!!! Gave me Bogus late charge for 3 yrs ago, claiming they got my check after the due date, even though my rent mailed Same time got to Washington State with plenty time to spare, claiming too 2wks to get to Myrtle from Surfside!! Don't finance through them!! If you're desperate, they're gonna WAY over charge you,& lie to slap on even more fees!! So much for rewarding loyal customers!! Do happy I'm done with these Criminals!!!! Do yourself a favor, take a bus till you get your credit fixed & get loan from Reputable, Honest loan company!!

This place is great to deal with. I purchased my Harley-Davidson and needed additional financing and the process between the dealer and American Acceptance was so easy. Everyone I ever dealt with in the office was professional and pleasant. I wouldn't hesitate to use their services again.
