Absolutely amazing people! They are all super helpful and I’m young and this was my first loan so i had lots of questions and they answered everyone of them and gave me additional information. Lots of advice and good conversation during the waiting process! I recommend them for whoever needs services like this!

Everyone was extremely helpful. Tiffany had talked to me since Saturday and got me to come in and do my loan. If she hadn't been such a down home, friendly, and someone who treats you as friend, I would've went somewhere else. Jen was exceptionally friendly. Steve was so nice to help me at the DMV. I cannot say enough about the great staff here.

I received a title loan from this place about a year ago. At the time I felt like this was a Blessing because I was in need. It turned out to be one of the worst decisions I have ever made. I had all of my title loan payments paid except for two payments and my car broke down with a total cost of about $2000 for repairs. I got a courtesy call from Joan before my payment was due reminding me of my payment. I had a couple days to make the payment and I informed Joan that my car needed repairs so I will need a few more days past the due date to make that payment. She stated that it was ok and keep open communication about any updates if anything changes. I agreed and assumed by the conversation that we had an agreement. Fast forward a few days later I went to go pick up my car for repairs and it was gone. I reached back out to Joan and I was given every excuse you can think of as to why she couldn't return my calls. I finally decided to stop by the office only to find out that my car was sold in an auction without any notification. I was so upset I had spent my savings almost $10,000 to purchase this vehicle and they auctioned it for $500 without my consent. They even typed up bogus paperwork saying my car was behind on payments to justify the sell. I wouldn't recommend anyone doing business with this company. They make it easy to get a loan but they don't really seem to want you to keep your car. Not to mention the ridiculous rates. This type of business should be illegal!!!

I walked in looking for a vehicle and was greeted by Alec. While I was there a beautiful young lady walked in who worked there. Very pleasant young lady. Very informative and I was pleased with her personality. She had answers to my questions and when she wasn't sure, she would ask a fellow employee. I would definitely recommend this office to my friends. Thank you for your help Ruth.

I had questions about the possibility of obtaining a vehicle that had been repossessed. I was greeted as I walked in. The whole conversation took about an hour. I had many questions and felt I received adequate answers. I would like to thank Ruth and Cindy for their help. I was impressed with the atmosphere and general knowledge of the women.

Great customer service! It’s never fun to have to borrow money, but this group of people make it wonderful! Alex and Ruth are so helpful. They will assist you with whatever you may need, even invite you to Thanksgiving dinner! Best place to get a loan, hands down!
