I am very displeased with this institute. I signed over my title not knowing I would have to pay x amount of money to get a new title. This was not explained to me when I signed it.. when I paid off the loan, they said one would be mailed to me. I waited 6 weeks to be INFORMED that I would have to go to the DMV to obtain a new title. Be very wary of these peple.

Ray is very nice and moves fast. I had a loan that had done me well, and when I needed a loan he was quick to move to add more at a payment that I could afford. And actually, it was a little bit more than I had orginally applied for. I will ALWAYS call Ray if I'm in a bind.

So helpful and professional! They really try their best so make sure everything is in order to have a successful loan approval. I've worked with Terri and Rachael the last several years and they are awesome! Even though I feel very humble when needing a loan, they are very cheerful and helpful and don't make you feel like a "3rd rate citizen" for borrowing. I've had loans through other agencies in past years, and One Main is the only one with integrity.

If I were shopping a loan, one of my first requirements is to not kill trees to solicit from people while sending mailers criminals may get their hands on. This is 2021. Business and practice must change. Waste is not a good business model.

Excellent Customer Service. Kimberly was Great! She was very helpful an thorough. I left the OneMain Financial with a clear understanding of my loan and the funda where in my account the next morning like Kimberly said. Thank you so much for all help.
