We’re new in town and really needed kind words at the moment not to get too personal but when we came in Kayla offered my child candy and made his day made him feel special my son made a new friend I really appreciate it cause the move was a lot for him and gave us more information about our title loan I appreciate it thank you soo much

When I went into title max, it was my last resort. I was so embarrassed to have to admit to complete strangers that I was down this bad. As soon as I walked in the door, Kayla greeted me with a smile and made me feel so comfortable to explain my situation. She related to me and secured the loan I needed to take care of my emergency. I will never forget the customer service I received. Kayla and her Newberry team are rockstars!
