Store Manager she was very patient and very nice excellent customer service. Very good conversation and very nice smile. CSR she greets customers as they walk in the door she was very nice with a big smile. She had excellent conversation as well. When phone rings she answers politely and gives customers the right information. There both are excellent workers I would refer customers to both.

I had the best experience in the office today. Jamie is the most awesome person I have encountered in customer service. She deserves a week off for the experience she provided today!!! I will def be back!!!

2 stars because of Ty. To make this short, I will be working with Jamie when I go back. Ty said wait 30 days, yet to come back a week later when I'm paid in regards to my account. Made it seem that I'd definitely receive the money I needed when I came back. Now, I'm still in a bind or slightly worse because I thought I could get what I needed yesterday. I left w/o the short term solution I needed. I'll come back to see Jami . Hopefully it's not busy in there.

Tyrel and Jamie were amazing!!!!! I have never requested a loan and been through such an easy and seamless process. They made me laugh the entire time. Americash has amazing people working there .... thank you!!!!
