This financial institute has been a godsend to me. I needed a little cash to finish a project so I talked to Juanita and she was so courteous,, helpful and professional.. When I went to see Juanita, imagine my surprise at finding she had transferred to the Ashley River office. However, Kinisha stepped up and showed me that Juanita hadn't cornered the market on courteous, helpful professionals that work for 1st Franklin Financial..Kinisha was a joy to work with.. Have enjoyed doing business with First Franklin on University. The management and CSR's are a great, friendly team. Other companies tend to badger the customer constantly with phone calls but this office has been very uninstrusive, which is a welcomed benefit!

I would like to take the time to thank all staff at this location. Life is hectic and their never aeem to be enough hours in a day.
