Francisco delivered poor service. Blamed it on those "above" him. Refused to seek out answers to my questions. Stated he was "just doing a job" Unprofessional.

Staff has been extremely helpful and professional. I have been very pleased with my experience with ONE MAIN.

The only thing was, it take to much to finish the process in office.
