Horrible customer service from the branch manager in Orangeburg Sc. On Russell street. Don't care about existing customer just getting new accounts. I'm closing my account asap and advise anyone needing a loan in the Orangeburg. Sc area to think twice before dealing with Lenders if Melanie is still the branch manager. Before they switched management they did good business I had several loans with them & kept them up to date, they will loose a good paying customer, I'm switching finance companies.
