This was my first time having a bad experience with World Finance and it was with the new manager name Roberta Willis. She has poor management skills and poor communication skills. I advise you all to get a better manager.

Trying to pay off my loan and caught nothing but attitude. As long as i have dealt with these ladies I have NEVER had this problem. They good people but terrible experience today. If u can stay out of places like this i advise people to do so

Michelle is very helpful and ms tony is too. I couldn’t ask for a better group of people to deal with. They always there if I need em and they also understand and don’t nag like most people lol. Keep up the good work
