From the time I walked through the door I felt denied. I told her I was a customer in the past. She looked my name up in the cpu and said there is no record of me. She told me i needed a bank statement and a form stating my current address. I left and come back with the necessary paperwork. At this moment she was on the phone discussing personal information. She glanced at my paperwork and said no I can't use that and continued her conversation on the phone. Meanwhile her co worker said yes we accept that paper work. She then told whoever she was on the phone with "I got a customer ima call you back. She still gave me the run around for about 5 minutes. At that point I've had enough. I told her don't worry about it and i left. I wasted over an hour getting paperwork and going in circles only to come up empty handed. I was a loyal customer for years.They would even send flyers wanting my business again. Turns out they wasn't there for me when I needed them.

Walk though the door and the lady was rude and like she didn't want to help us. We asked what we needed for us to get a loan. We came back with all the paper work. In the middle of us making sure we had the right paper's she was on her phone. Got off the phone actwd lime she didn't want to help us. The other lady there told her the papers we had we can use. Shw still was acting like she didn't want to help so at this point we told her we good and walked out.

These ladies are very helpful. Anytime I have a question they are more than willing to answer. They are always my first spot when I need a loan.

Great place to get quick cash with no hassle, the staff is always pleasant and courteous. Will continue to do business at this location and recommend them to anyone in need of fast cash.
