Google doesn't allow zero stars to be given so one is the lowest I could go. I would not recommend them at all. Do not waste your time and risk an inquiry on your credit score for this. Literally went to them for a very small loan of $1500-$2000 for some unexpected minor repairs I had done and they tried to make me jump through hoops like I was applying for another mortgage on my home. I have over a 700 credit score and work in healthcare and can pay the loan back in 2 weeks or less. After 2-3 days of back and forth with, I told them to pull my application and end the process. Also, I was getting some micro-aggressive racist vibes from them. Luckily I keep my credit frozen so they can't re-run hard inquiries just to be spiteful.

My loan officer,Allison was very helpful. She was knowledgeable and very timely in closing the loan!

From start to finish, Allison Ryan, was in constant communication with me by phone and emails. Went over everything that was required and the whole process of the loan application. Closing the loan was an extremely easy process. Allison made me aware of all the documents I was signing, went over all the loan details as well. Very detailed and I had a wonderful experience. Thank you One Main and Allison for your help.

Do not use this Company!! They always have excuses why you do not have an answer weeks after you give them information. We always have to call them and after 2 weeks we just called and more excuses!!! Don’t waste your time! No worthy of your valuable time!! Never ran credit report and it’s been a week! Told her NOT to run my credit after today’s conversation! So Blessed that God said NO not this one!! It was his answer to protect us!! Cindy was our whatever and she fumbles for words why she doesn’t have it after 2 weeks! Now our credit will have another hard inquiry on it since we have to go somewhere else. I will dispute this on my credit report!!!!!!

Worst experience ever with a loan company. Applied online , received a call from Donna saying I was approved sent in all the documents necessary. A week later I'm still getting the runaround and now a hard hit on my credit has been taken, they said i wasn't approved not mentioning I have emails and voicemails saying that I was approved for a loan. Definitely find somewhere else to go this. This place is horrible . All they do is make you wait and tell lies. I will take this higher to get removed off my credit .

What a disrespectful group of ladies! Cynthia called me a liar and Donna needs to retire, this lady was yelling over me, I was approved for a loan, me being a small business owner and having good credit score, they made up this movie that I was faking my income, if you are Latino or Hispanic don’t do business with these ladies they discriminate against you!

This used to be my go to place but isn’t anymore I would not recommend anybody to go to this place Employees are not helpful at all and really don’t seem to care about your business the ladies in powdersville should retire and be replaced with someone who wants to get your business
