Did not greet me was waiting for 10mintues without knowledge of anything. Once I was acknowledged I was told I could not be helped until the manager got back. Not to mention I called ahead to make sure who I needed to speak with was available when I got there and was told to come and bring what I needed. Very unprofessional

They will harass you! They constantly send phone calls to your job, and constantly send out mailers to addresses you no longer live at. This was definitely a lesson learned and I will not be continuing service with them.
