1st Franklin Financial, Rock Hill, SC

Don’t get me wrong the staff is amazing ; now as for as there operations I’m not the least bit found of it. I’ve never known any other company that work like this. I made two payments by accident the first instance instead of returning my payment I had to refinance my loan to get my payment back. Second time an automatic draft was set up and it returned but I had already dropped the payment off instead. INSTEAD OF APPLYING IT TO THE OCTOBER PAYMENT WHICH I WAS PAYING FOR THEY PAID IT FOR NOVEMBER! Which is not the least bit logical, this is my second time having a problem ; I will not apply again here. I reiterate the staffing is immaculate and they are patient and willing to work with you! But there operation or way of running things need to be reevaluated.

I really enjoy doing business with 1st Franklin. I've done business with them for many years. The staff and management are really great people to work with. Unfortunately I was turned down this time for a loan. But I would still highly recommend 1st Franklin of Rock Hill. Great people that do there very best for their customers.
