I was approved, called and confirmed everything with the lady over the phone. Then when I asked for something with the loan terms actually on paper or in an email they said they couldn’t do that until it was actually booked. So they wanted me to sign a loan based on their word of what it would be. I even said I would come to their location so that I could look over the rates before signing. I was told they couldn’t do that. Seems a little odd to me. Luckily I wasn’t hurting for the loan, I’ll just take the hard inquiry on my credit and keep moving. Beware if want something in writing or on paper you won’t get it until the loan is booked.

False advertising. They tell you can get pre approved without it effecting your credit score. Not true pulled my credit as hard inquiry..

This branch is completly unprofessional. Lacks customer service in every way and will lie to you . They tell you one thing over the phone then refuse to see or help you when you come into the branch. The office staff also lies on your actions . Dont go to this branch . For anyone that thinks this is a bad review due to not getting a loan, it's not. I was approved across the boards and was merely trying to take paper work in they asked for.
