I have only been with them for a Little while. So far they seem very professional and very courteous. I will recommend to anyone who is willing to make their payments on time and if you can’t pay be courteous enough to call and work it out. You may think that you’re being rude but you have to figure the job they have is really tough. They have to call someone that they know is having a tough time and ask them for money they don’t have and sometimes people get a little upset with them so you get respect where you give respect.

We like to support small businesses. I spoke to the district manager he was encouraging me to come in and apply for a loan. I asked him several questions and was told . It does not matter what your credit is like. We approve everyone and give them second chances. I asked what type of loans , he told me they have personal and collateral loans. I applied over the phone and gave them all my information with the understanding I would get approved for a loan. The lady calls me back and told me you were approved for a $800 loan. I asked if I could get more to consolidate other things was told no. I told her let me think about it will call back Monday. I called Back as promised and asked the lady if I could get more than $800. She puts me on hold comes back and says . I'm sorry we can't approve your loan , after the district manager Approved it and the manager declined me. This was false misleading and unprofessional. I would have NEVER gave them my personal information if I would have know then what I know know. I would never recommend this company to anyone and this is not acceptable. BUYER BEWARE LOCATION....

The application process was straight forward. My credit wasn’t A1 but they was willing to work with me. This is actually a good place to go if you’re trying to establish some credit. If you have good payment history with them your credit score will definitely jump.

THE AGENT TOLD ME HE WASNT TAKING MY APPLICATION SIMPLY BECAUSE I ASKED HIM HOW MUCH MORE OF MY HISTORY HE NEEDED ( I HAD ALREADY GIVEN HOUSING AND WORK AND WAS CONTINUING TO GIVE WHAT HE ASKED FOR) but he hung up on me. i wish i could give zero stars because that is what was deserved.

Mr. Marvin and Ms. Malea are awesome! They are very attentive to my needs are are willing to work with me whenever I need assistance! Possibly the best loan company I have ever been to! Keep being awesome!
