Shane and his team are on top of the mortgage game. The preapproval process was easy, and we had our letter in about 3 hours. When we purchased we had a couple of hiccups along the way, but Shane always answered my call and was quick to explain that the issue was really a non issue. This really was the easiest process of buying a house I have been a part of. If you are not using On Q you're missing out on the best customer experience you can have purchasing a home. Give them a call, you won't regret it.

Spoke with Misty she was extremely quick to respond to my initial application and was able to get a pre-approval. BUT as soon as we got the pre-approval, it was nearly impossible to get her to respond to a call, text, or email. The same day I got pre-approval, they said they would suggest realtors, no response not even to the email I sent asking about it, then I would call for help and she would say I call back in 5 minutes ( days later I still did not have an answer/ computer problems was the response. Computer issues for days? And she did not even give me a courtesy call or text of the problem, I had to call her back 40 minutes later. Then tried to call again a few days later, LM she texted she would call right back.... Still waiting a month later. We went with a different company.
