I would have given 5stars, but the cost of the repayments are astronomically high. I am now having to figure out my finances on how to pay back. Wasn't expecting interest rates to be higher than the bills I was paying off. Other than that, the staff was fantastic.

If you are on social security disability income this place is not for you. I requested for a loan for the amount of $4,000. Everything was done by phone and the website. The website show an error on my monthly income. Once I told them the actual amount of my monthly income they denied my loan because disability income. Under Federal Laws this is discrimination and I will file a complaint with Equal Credit Agency.

Thank the lord i didnt go any further than initial contact. I needed a small debt consolidation loan. They contacted me and required a vehicle for collateral which i will not give and i still owe on them. I know how this works. If the loan goes into default they come get the vehicle and sell to settle the debt then i have still have to pay the original note because they disnt sell it for what its really worth (they may also sell for what its worth then settle the debt then keep rest) and make me responsible for the original note on vehicle. This is predatory and i wish i could given neg stars. Oh my score is over 700 so not a huge risk.

Called to pay off our loan in March. They gave us the total pay off amount. In October I start getting phone calls and emails saying my payment is late????? Um, what payment? I paid off that account months ago and had no clue I owed you another $95. Then they tell us the amount we paid short was $12, so the rest is INTEREST!! OMFG?!?! I won't be paying it. You should have included ALL money owed when we asked how much to payoff. They are robbers! BEWARE OF THESE GUYS!

These people are idiots and rude. I wouldn't take an interest free loan there even if you paid me. Besides the overall rudeness, they are very unprofessional and I wouldn't recommend anyone doing any business with them.

Every person that I have worked with at one main has been extremely patient, informative, And helpful. They always take the time to explain the processes to me or I understand them clearly.
