This company is good when you need cash in a pinch. This particular location is fantastic! Julie and her crew are amazing! Julie stayed in the phone with me helping me send in documents so I wouldn't have to come in. They are very friendly and she is awesome!

I submitted an application online. When I went to the office they did not see where I did an application. So I did one in the office, it was processed and approved. I was told I could make payments online. I made a payment on 1/8/21. A notification popped up and said I would be notified when it was applied to my account. Monday comes around and the payment still hasn’t been processed. I tried to call my local office on 1/11 and 1/12. No answer and I was unable to leave a voicemail. I got in touch with someone on 1/13 and was told to call the corporate office to discuss the issues. I was told that for some reason customers payments do not always go through online, but I could make the payment over the phone. I did, but I also requested they adjust the interest I was charged seeing as there was an issue with making the payment online. I was put on hold for ~10 minutes while customer service spoke with their supervisor. They said the interest could not be adjusted because I should have called into the corporate office and it is not their fault the payment did not process. It is their fault their system failed to process my payment just as it was their fault my online application did not go through. I’ve used several loan places over the years and this has been the worst experience by far.

I went here for emergency cash! I worked with Jasmine and she was so nice and upfront and honest from day one! I called her twice and she answered every question and was always helpful! If you need emergency cash and can pay it back quickly, this is the place for you!

The service I received today was amazing. Shelley was very very helpful. She was very understanding and considerate of what I had going on. It was a smooth and easy process for me. The only issue was the computer being slow uploading the documents to sign. I 100% recommend to anyone looking for a loan. As long as you have a job "that pays enough for you to get a loan itself" , check stubs, and verifiable bank account in good standing.. you're good to go. The woman had glasses and she was very nice!! Good luck to her and thank you so much!!
