KeyStone Financial, Spartanburg, SC

As we all do from time to time I found myself in need of some extra funds. Yet, I didn't rush in to anything. I shopped around a bit. Keystone Financial was ahead of the pack. They had the lowest APR, by a lot, with the lowest monthly payments and yet I recieved a larger loan amount. I spoke to the Manager and the assistant Manger a couple of times and both were very friendly and helpful, based on the leaders I would say the rest of the staff would offer nothing less.

Company that looks at the person and not your past. As long as you make your payments and stay in good standing on your account, they will always work with you and help in your time of need. Nothing but positive experiences each time I've dealt with this company. Absolutely a wonderful group.

From the phone call to place my application which only took about 15 minutes if that long. When I walked in the office greeted with warmth and it only took about 20 minutes. Stacy had everything ready. Thank you ladies. I would recommend.

Terrible place to do business and they lie. They send out live checks and when you cash the check they stop payment after you already cashed the check. They broke their own contract and will not return any calls!! The check cashing place wants their money back! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS PLACE!! Scammers!! **** My son in law cashed this check and the paper work states take to bank OR Check cashing institute !

Very, very unorganized place of business. Received FOUR emails to my account telling me I was late paying a loan. When I finally replied and said that I had never done business with this place, and for them to stop contacting me, they proceeded to send me a copy of the information given to them. It was an ENTIRELY different email and phone number than what they were contacting me on -- not to mention, they've now given out another customers email and cell phone, all because they couldn't read the email, and forget that people can have the same name. I know now that I will never do business with them, because apparently our information -- like the last 4 of SSN that I now have for a random stranger -- are not confidential. DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE.
