My monthly payment is due on the 1st of each month, but I do not recieve my bill un the mail until the 30th or 31st of each month. I mail in the payment to the address provided, which is the main office in Cincinnati, and I mail the payment the same day it is recieved. My complaint is that I am getting calls from this local office within 3 days, telling me my payment has not been received. I explained the situation to them several times, and the only answer I get is that I should make the payment at the local office, and not send it in to the main office. It is not convenient for me to drive to the local office to make payment. If the address for payment to be sent is printed on a bill, is that not the obvious place for it to be sent? Im tired of this kind of harrassment! I pay my bills, check my payment history!

I was not going to use this service but when I got approval for way more than I expected & had the funds in my account the next day, the service was fast friendly and easy, I highly recommend OneMain Financial to everyone.

I liked that I got approved so easily, and everyone was nice. I don’t like they sent my account to another branch.

I have been a customer with this business for over six years with three different loans, I have never missed a payment. Recently I was involved in a car accident that was not my fault and have missed work. I called them to tell them I couldn't make this months payment, and they were pressuring me to borrow the money to make a payment. I repeatedly told them I do not have the money and I do not have anyone to borrow from. They even tried to refinance my loan and wanted my tax return, because I drive for Uber, they had to verify my income. What I pay in taxes is non off their flipping business! I will be sooo glad when I get these people paid off and don't have to worry about them anymore! Go ahead and get a loan, when you encounter a financial problem, they only care about you paying them! Have some humility for a change!

Please remove your name from my credit report. You check my credit by doing a hard inquiry and your name is left on my credit I talked to the Equifax and Transunion they said since my credit was both 685 and 708 there was nothing prohibiting me from being approved for a loan. I just sent an email to your office online and hopefully they should take your company name of my credit report.
