They are horrible with customer service. I had someone run my name for a loan from 08/2019 I kept getting the run arounds about it. I have been trying to get it taken care of since it appeared on my credit report last year. I told the lady I never applied nor received a loan from them. I also let her know I never heard of them before. I’m all the way in St. Louis and they are in South Carolina. I just want to get to the bottom of this and get if off my credit and get the inquiry removed. This is crazy how much you have to go through just to get through to someone and or talk to a live human. I have been waiting currently for like a hour or so. I called them now 3 times and have been placed on a very long hold and transferred to someone else only to be place on hold again.

This company speaks about inclusion and diversity yet they make it a point to stand by at the corporate level and allow unethical practices throughout the company as well as at CSS. There's obviously some serious issues higher up bc they stand by and allow unethical decisions to be made. They say people are their greatest or most important asset, but you have to fall under a certain nationality for that to be true. WAKE UP!
