I’ve been a customer at this office for years. It’s a good company and as long as you’re a good customer, these ladies will help you out without hesitation. Definitely ask for Danielle or Kelli.

I lost my debit card on a long weekend; holiday. No banks open/account access. Family visiting and obligations to address to get the airport etc. I was upset/frazzled to say the least. I took out a loan, and it was not a bad experience. My representative, Darlene,was efficient and professional. The branch manager, large Black woman, was the unpleasant part. My license address is updated with the SC DMV weeks ago. I was told, at the DMV, I didn’t have to get a new license unless I wanted to. I choose not to. Fast forward, that presented an issue in this scenario and there where several but all in my end - ot was a comedy of frustrating errors. However, this manager, loudly using ignorant speech, says, “why you even take the application if day don’t match the license.” And further tried to complicate my loan process in my opinion. The representative who was assisting me never lost her composure and worked with me to get all the documentation needed. I am African American but not southern and do not care for this demeanor in a business setting; save it for personal time. I was highly annoyed. And unxsr the conditions was not helpful, but my representative was the bright spot and handled herself very well; she was about the business, not attempting to demean a customer, nor did she feed into the ignorance I witnessed: I was impressed with Darlene Carlberg. I was approved for the loan as a footnote.
