They used to be good until I heard it got a new owner and now it’s ridiculous the payments are higher and they constantly called to remind me when the last owner never bugged me like they do now and I was never late I paid it off today and would have renewed it but I’m not paying $130 a month for 12 months for a $500 loan when I paid less for a $1000 loan for 12 months they just wanna take your money because I wanted to renew but at the price I was given in the beginning because I’m not paying triple or more of the amount loan that’s not how it works

Got a small loan through here. They were friendly at first. Make a late payment and they will call and leave a voicemail every day and the interest rates are stupidly high. The reason 4 the 2 start is because of the voicemail edicate. The way they talk to people by voicemail is horrendous and needs to be addressed. Talking to customers the way they do when payments are missed is unacceptable. Furthermore I do not recommend getting loans through this company period. Interest rates are too high and the professionalism and level of respect is subpar. I mange a storage facility and run a black car service pulling 6 figures and I never treat my clients or customers with the amount of disrespect they give people who pay late. When my customers are late, I still give them respect and kindness they deserve. I also try to be as understanding as I can. But this location needs an over haul.

From the time I called I spoke with Tammy, she was very polite and professional dealing with my needs. When I went into the office every one in the office was very nice and friendly. My paper work was just about completed with Ambria lending a helping hand to finish. I would definitely recommend going to this business for your personal loan. This will be the last time I use this loan company. I have paid this company on time for the majority of the this loan. They just called me a week ago stating that I could renew my loan. In the event of ne trying the manager tells me I cannot. In the event you are trying to build credit this is not the loan company to op for. You don't tell a customer money is available and they can renew and when they try they are unable. After they get this last 300 dollars. They will not have to worry about me. I will be asking them not to call me for another loan after this one is paid.

I have to say that Courtney was very helpful and friendly. She made getting a loan so easy and quick. The staff were all friendly. I would recommend Southern Finance
