Initially communication was aggressive. The more that supporting documentation was required, the less responsive this office became. The application process took far too long. The manager Shakannah Goff made excuses for her associate Teresa stating for over two weeks that they have “so many applications and are unable to get to my application”. I don’t understand how a simple 1 minute follow up call, voicemail or email is so hard? The professionalism is non-existent at this place of business proven to me by the tone and inconsistent promises made by the ‘Branch Manager’. My application was time sensitive and this office had almost a month for an decision. This office is inconsiderate and doesn’t treat people with respect, but instead is very crass and dismissive. Even with a decline for a decision, the experience I had was appalling. The professionalism and communication at One Main Financial on Ladson Rd is 100% subpar to other offices. I do not recommend. Save your precious time and go somewhere else.

I am very thankful for Angie's help. She was very courteous and articulate preparing my paperwork and discussing the terms of the loan. When I had difficulties making my payment, she worked with me and kept my payment history in good standings. Thank you Angie and your staff for excellent service.

Therese helped me out when I needed help quick. The turnaround time was 3 days total! She was awesome, and I recommend her to anyone who needs a little loan.
