This place is the worst loan place I have dealt with .. they act like people can’t have a bad day or ask questions regarding there account .. I wasn’t nasty just because I was nasty cause of how some of your people spoke to me .. or how things were dealt with .. I was never late on payments .. i never missed a payment and won’t deal with me no more .. they have poor management period

When I was in a pinch (like so many of us in the past year and a half), I looked to find some extra cash without killing myself to pay back. Southern Finance was perfect. The application process was super quick and easy (they were big on the cleanliness and social distancing in the office and I was out of there in 30 minutes) and the entire staff is friendly. Zach especially works to make the whole loan process pain free and is quick to advise of incentives to earn $$ to go towards my payments. I never feel dread or anxious talking to anyone on the staff. The experience has been great.
