They are not knowledgeable. Will not help entertainers. Will have you run around for two days for nothing. Will then eavesdrop when you are having a private discussion with your party & claim they will not help you because you were being rude to them. Even though you are sitting facing your party & speaking to said party. (Watch the cameras) after they knew how urgent the situation was. Go to board Street they know their stuff & are super friendly & are experienced
