Both ladies were very friendly and courteous. I was able to get in-and-out fairly quickly with a loan. I would highly recommend doing business with Carolina Paybay Loans if you're in a pinch or if you need money for any kind of emergency situation.

My wife called on 12/29/21 to inquire about a payday loan. The lady told her all she needed was to bring in a check, paystub and id and she could let her know in 10 min whether she qualified. Once we got there at about 1pm the sign on the door said open but no one was around I knocked and a lady "Rashida"came to the door and said she was on lunch for an hour. A SIGN STATING "LUNCH" TO PATRONS WOULD BE NICE. After sitting in the car with my wife and 11yr old daughter the process then took another hour with she then demanded more info even though my wife's bank statement was only 10 tens old. They wanted to see all of her bank activities wich is ridiculous . She then called her boss and walked away behind a closed door. Very unprofessional. Not to mention we spent our last 3 dollars for a check from the bank for this process. THANKS RASHIDA.
