On January 20, 2023 I came into Kinsmith Finance office on broad street Sumter SC to apply for a loan. The people are very nice and helpful. The process was easy, I don't have anything negative to say. I highly recommend Kinsmith Finance to everyone.

Calls your job playing on the phone saying husband missed a very important doctors appointment my husband has never been behind until he lost and found another job these people are someone calling his new job trying to get him fired he can't pay until he gets a first paycheck I understood it's their job to leave messages but lying about him missing a doctor's appointment is crazy I hate I told him to call them and update his job info being honest with these people are a no go calling 3 times a day at some job smh

They have very friendly stuff, great customer service, quick service, and they do what they can to "make your day better" and get you the money you need.

They are nice until you are late with your payment then they blow up your phone even after you have talked with them. This is my second loan with them and when I go in to pay my bill (even on time) I get a attitude from the manager. The rest of the staff is nice and willing to help and I have no problems with them, hince why they got a 2cstar rating instead of a 1 star. They do get you approved for money, but like most pay advance places the interest is through the roof. I work two full time jobs and it's hard for me to get by the place to pay in person and they don't like taking debit card payments if they can help it. They say they only have a small amount of debit card transactions they can do.
