Felicia is the rudest person in the store, she will blow your phone up the day of due date. Also will lie on your references and make up stories. Go to Conway she you don't have to deal with her.

She is so helpful and sweet. This company as a whole is great but she just makes it so much better. Thank you so much Ms. Felicia!
