This place calls and blows my phone up for over a week each day. I finally contact them and let them know I’m coming in to get the loan they pre approved me for. Then once I’m there I apparently don’t meet their qualifications. They should have asked me more questions to find out before I drove down here. The lady I spoke with in the office calls her boss and I could clearly hear the woman on the phone running her mouth and apparently bc I file my own taxes it won’t work thru their system. Maybe like I said you should ask these specific questions before you let someone come in. Just poor management of a business. Will not refer to anybody and will not be back.
