Loan sharks, sending live checks to less fortunate, then don't understand hiw3 fall behind on payments during pandemic. Company has closed business, no extra income. Ssdi. My lawyer has told them to contact them, but they still calls. Hopefully I can sue them for usury interest

This company opened an account with my SSN attached to someone else’s name. How? I don’t even know. I have contacted for 4 months back & fourth , as well as their home office (which was just as unresponsive) I've been patient, way beyond the normal limit. They have done nothing but give me the run around. This whole account(which I have nothing to do with) has dropped my credit about 60+ points.. I have not authorized ,not one time for my SSN to be used within this company as well as my name. I went up to their office and they the lady I spoke with was completely unprofessional and acted as if she were the “victim” in the situation. This company has not been pleasant to work with just on the behalf of fixing a problem that I have nothing to do with and I’m being “punished” for. I do not recommend this company to my worst enemy and I’m not normally one to rant or rate a company but what a joke.
