We have a wonderful experience with them. When we have any financial problems they always help us out. I will definitely be using them again.

I've been a customer for two years. My account number has changed during that time and I've had a few technical difficulties, but I've never had trouble when calling customer service. I've yet to be put on hold either. They seem fast and responsive. Despite the nightmarish reviews I've seen from other people, I've never had a problem so I think they're making honest efforts to improve. The one complaint I can make as that they don't show my payoff balance on the statements, but a quick call has always fixed that. I was able to finance my hot tub purchase through them with minimal effort, and the interest rate is comparable to my credit card. I can't complain - fast easy money as long as you are diligent with your payments.

I financed an AC unit we had to purchase unexpectedly through Lendmark and was very pleased with my experience. Each time I called to arrange payment, the staff was friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!

They talk to you like you're a child when you call in for a pymt arrangement (West Columbia). I understand they are trying to collect but it's a way to talk to people & they are devoid of it.

Make you go through too much, ask for too much personal information that is not needed. Try other companies. Waste of time; concerned what they do with information. Make over $50,000; got a run around for $1,500. Don't mind they said no, but l made it clear l didn't want to give all this info and be told no. Keep saying it's not a problem. Then, it's a problem.😑 Got the amount needed with giving far less info at title loan😝🤩
