So far the experience has been painless. The repayment per month equals a little more than the payment on the collateral I put up and I've been able to realign my budget and get my credit scores back up after going from 2% usage to about 47% which brought my score down significantly.

Will give loans and act courteous. However, I was offered a refinance on my truck with "Money back and lower interest" is what I was told. I owed 2 years on it and when we sat down I specifically stated I wanted a pre-computed loan and not an interest bearing loan. I was told several time it was X amount of payments for X amount of months, which is not interest bearing. It is my fault for not checking closely, but they lied and now I have paying on this loan and still owe 2 years. The more I pay the less it seems to drop. In the end I could have bought 5 trucks. Wish I would have stayed with Capitol One and it would be paid for a long time ago. I will not use them again. Of course I will be retired by the time it is paid.

I was approved for an amount and accepted it, however, the terms were not properly explained. The guy seemed to be in a rush when closing my loan, and was extremely rude when I called back the next day to return a portion of the loan. I do recommend them for your financial needs, but I advise that you read the terms carefully...
