Went in to check on opening an account and the teller was nice, however the lady I talked with acted as if I was intruding and she could care less, I felt like I was bothering her. I will find a bank with people that at least act like they care and enjoy their job.

Valerie in the Loan Department is EXCELLENT! We took out a second mortgage loan with her help, and she was so knowlegable and quick to respond throughout the whole process. Love the FT Credit Union, the biggest reason I Love, WE Love FT (york) is because of Valerie Smith. I have NEVER, EVER worked with an Agent who is so thorough, willing to help, Fast, tries to save you money at every corner & gives you the Best options. She helped me, then helped me & my daughter whose in the Army, out of State, & now, me with my Son who is 19. Both my children are building good credit, all with the fantastic help of Valerie. She is VERY quick to respond & has the memory of an elephant (I heard they have good memories, lol) The tellars are also great, very friendly.

I have now refinanced two vehicles with Family Trust with the help of Holly she has made the nightmare of refinancing a super smooth process.
