Melissa and Robert were absolutely wonderful to work with. They made this transaction so stress-free and easy. They are both so professional but also have the personalities this make this process fun! I could pay my bill online, but I will be stopping in to pay just I can see them and say hello. I really needed this loan and I was approved with ease and feel so taken care of.

I'm not the person who would normally take out a title loan but I recently did. I did so not because of the benefits that title max offers above the other title loan stores, I did it there because of Melissa!!! Without her title max would have never earned interest from me at all!!! She is an all around awesome person and went above and beyond to give me the loan I wanted and not the most I could get!!! I told her that I wasn't trying to sale my vehicle, just a loan to see me through a ruff situation. She is AWESOME and I recommend anyone to go see her if you are in a jam!
