Since the take over from Great Weastern, have had nothing but issue after issue!!!!! Will be changing banks!!! Do not recommend

Cheryl was so very helpful! She helped me get a new card ordered, it was so easy! Cheryl and heather are always so helpful! Although I moved to Sioux Falls I always find myself going back to this GW bank in Brandon because of the staff.

Sold some items at a garage sale and was nice enough too take not one but two checks from a customer of FIRST INTERSTATE BANK of Brandon SD. Happened to be near the branch location so went to cash them. Was penalized for doing business with a customer of the bank to the tune of $10 per check. Asked for a business card to ensure my review accurately detailed someone in charge. Amanda the retail manager NMLS# 19991930 would be better served to stop bilking fees from customers of your customers, but that's what banks do now!
