The tellers at the Brookings branch, Sherry, Judy, & Austin, are wonderful. Always helpful, positive and remember you when you walk in or drive up. Makes banking here a good experience.

I use services at two other banks. I believe MetaBank's customer service is above standard. They have actively and successfully prevented someone from stealing my identity.

I love that they know me on a first name basis even though I only have one account there. Always very nice and prompt. I think as far as employees go they are the best in Brookings, SD.

Yes, I agree with Nathan, kind, friendly employees. I bank at 2 other banks in town; Metabank is the best.

Friendly and helpful staff. They actually have humans that one can speak with and they know what they are talking about. Apologies for being sarcastic. It's sad that increasingly, being able to interact with a qualified person at a place of business without making an appointment, is not an option.

Central bank here in Brookings SD I've had the worst customer service of any bank in town. I needed a verbal answer that they would tell them they were my bank. Then I was annoyed and Cole banker came out and shared his ideas but the fat secretary at the center desk made an offensive, sarcastic, unprofessional statement to me. So angry regarding the fat secretary statement and walked over to Wells Fargo and opened a new account.
