Siouxland Federal Credit Union, Dakota Dunes, SD

I've banked at SFCU for a number of years, & have experienced nothing but professional & friendly service. I usually bank at the Dakota Dunes, SD location, & have banned by phone at the main branch in South Sioux City, NE. I appreciate that when I go to their locations I'm able to talk face to face with an employee, & when I call, a person actually answered the phone. I feel valued that their staff take the time to know me as a person, in addition to assisting with my financial management. I highly recommend Siouxland Federal Credit Union for their quality service, as well as the affordability of their services.

I’ve been working with Siouxland Federal Credit Union since 2017 both in work and because of my work experience, I switched banks and also work with them in my personal life. I’ve worked with multiple employees at the bank and love the personal relationships I’ve made with many of them! It makes the process that much better and easier when there is more of a personal relationship there.

I go to the Dakota Dunes branch several times a month both lobby and drive thru have exceptional service. The tellers are always friendly and are not afraid to ask clarifying questions if they don't understand what you are trying to do like getting a cashiers check to pay the rent. When I have had to dispute debit card transactions they are always professional and concerned about getting the issue resolved quickly. The credit union overall provides very good value for their services and their app and online banking are both user friendly and well designed. I will never go back to a bank after the excellent service Siouxland FCU has provided

Sadly I was not greeted or asked what I wanted done with my money at the drive thru. Will not be returning to the Dunes location. I usually have excellent service from this bank and have been with them for years.
