Dakota Prairie Bank, Fort Pierre, SD

this is the only bank i have ever gotten financing through. while the staff all seem friendly, the amount of time is takes to get a response about an inquiry is unacceptable. I have sent e-mails, phone calls etc sometimes with absolutely no response whatsoever. Most times if i am inquiring about financing i will e-mail with no response, i will make phone calls also with no call back. This has happened on more than one occasion, pretty much any time i seek financing through this bank i will have to wait weeks before i hear anything and even then i don't hear a peep until i call again or just go in. this happens about any time i seek financing. at times i have waited TWO WEEKS and STILL would not get any response until i physically walked into the bank. I do believe personal feelings are a factor in the lack of customer service i receive. I do believe once my loan is paid off i will be closing my account and moving to a different financial institution.
